Shadow work is a powerful tool for self-discovery and personal growth, but it can be intimidating and overwhelming to master by self-study and doing random courses. This Academy provides a safe and supportive environment to become a masterful Shadow worker yourself.
What you’ll learn

Shadow work basics
You’ll obviously learn what shadow work is, how it’s done and what essential elements are.

storytelling
We’ll work with stories: myths, fairytales but also modern examples like the Beckham Documentary. We analyze these from a Shadow lens.

Coaching from a shadow lens
You’ll learn how to become a better coach by using a shadow workers lens. You’ll get concrete handouts and techniques to work with.

The Divine Feminine
We’ll also work with some if the divine feminine Goddesses who’ve been linked to shadow work for a long time.
group coaching
You’ll get monthly group coaching sessions where we’ll dive deep into coaching techniques, shadow work content, stories and divine feminine work.
Shadow lessons
You’ll get access to (audio) lessons explaining what shadow work is, different techniques and how to work with archetypes.
cheatsheets
You’ll get cheatsheets with background information but also ways to work with different shadow levels. Use these in your coaching.
storytelling nights
We’ll organize 2 storytelling events where different stories will be shared and analyzed from a shadow lens.
live events
You’ll be invited for live events where we work with the shadow in an intimate live setting.
intervision
You can add private intervision sessions with me to practice your skills and also learn directly from me.
2024 schedule
March
We start officially with a group kick-off and you’ll get access to materials where you’ll learn the basics of shadow work and coaching with a shadow lens.
April
We focus on becoming a better coach using Shadow Work. You’ll get Q&A sessions but also will be asked to practice.
We’ll organize our first storytelling night.
We will also have a live event planned around this time. You’ll do systemic work from a Shadow Work lens.
May/June
We start working with archetypes and different goddesses to broaden your range of skills. You’ll get access to materials, we’ll do a group workshop and run a Q&A.
We’ll plan a second live event, where we focus on working with the different goddesses and archetypes.
July
We’ll start preparing for summer with the second storytelling night.
We also revisit your coaching skills from a shadow work lens. It’s time to become more laser-sharp and focused.
August
Summer break
September
We deepen what we’ve learned. This is a month of integration. In a workshop we’ll challenge you to become a better coach and also apply the shadow work to your own business. Time to customize what you learned to your business reality!
We’'ll run a workshop on branding and messaging to ensure your audience recognizes the value of what you’ve learned.
